      Pros

      Cogility has been a great place to work. My manager and coworkers have been super supportive. The company was super generous with the holiday party. Everyone was invited for dinner on a yacht and a tour of the harbor. They paid for our flights and hotel too! I continue to enjoy working there and am fortunate I've found such a great company.

      Cons

      I'd like to see some more opportunities to recognize others. Maybe some sort of recognition program?

      Pros

      I am particularly partial to the accessibility of leadership and being able to share my views. The relentless positivity from leaders is inspiring. The “can-do” attitude in my team and their loyalty to company objectives and goals makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Pivoting if you are not someone who sees the benefit of change and staying relevant.
