Pros
Average Pay - tough to say anything positive, some people are nice but typical Corporate America for a small private company. Only positive thing is Southern state based company with some values. (Don't be fooled, it's all talk, Corporate America does not care about you)
Cons
UNDERSTAFFED. Management pretends to listen but truth is, does not listen. Always about the bottom line for IT and reduce IT budget but when other departments request money or resources, wallet is open. Small company means you go nowhere, you are stuck at your current position and no where to move.
