No induction process or training. Office culture is extremely insensitive and made working there very uncomfortable. Director’s have way too much on their plate to be able to sit down with execs/managers. Work often planted on your desk with no introduction or background of project. Employees with senior positions have their favourites, and if you aren’t one you will get ignored.
