HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK - Project Director Cogent Analytics Employee Review

Pros

Some of the clients are fun

Cons

This place is rife with discrimination - both gender and sexual. I was sexually harassed by 2 coworkers (one exposed himself to me and the other made lewd comments). My boss also discriminated against me because of gender. When I spoke up, I wasn't given anymore assignments. This place is awful and should be shut down. They also say that their employees are subcontractors so they don't have to pay taxes, but they treat them as employees. The department of labor should fine them for this. They also attempt to manipulate these glassdoor ratings, so I'm posting my review so that all the fake reviews that current employees are forced to post are counteracted with the truth. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Pros

Very rewarding job helping save companies and people's retirements and their futures. Company also pays well

Cons

You're going to have to be quite dynamic in this role as well as the project director role. You're hired to be a ceo and many people like to pretend they're a ceo but when push comes to shove, you have to actually affect the bottom line of our clients.
