Pros

1. Fun events will be organised regularly. 2. Easy to get visa's for different countries (Intra Company Transfer) 3. Nice co employees (not the management) as they undergo same problems

Cons

1. First and foremost worst thing is long bond of 3 and half years. U cannot quit in middle. U need to pay huge compensation if u dare 2. In early days you will feel it great soon u will realize 3. They will raise visa's even there is no business in that country. It is easy to get 2 to 3 visa stampings in ur passport. Whenever they feel an employee is thinking to leave the organisation they will get him some visa and will show him/her fools paradise. As soon as employee realises he/she will be put in a condition where he cannot quit the organisation nor he can work(this can be termed as hell) 4. Only entering the organisation is in ur hand, it's an hussle to quit. They will show you huge compensation that u need to payback if u want to quit. So if u want to join plz have some back up(money). 5.Onsites are based on how much u polish ur manager. There is a lot of partiality which eats away your enthusiasm towards work. 6.if u say no to a visa (u will soon learn why an employee says no to a visa, we can easily assess here) management will almost threatens you. For fresher's it is not at all a good place. 7. Literally u need to beg or threaten back to get an onsite. If u are in conception that management will decide your capability u will get depressed instead of onsite. They don't care about employees who are calm, loyal and professional

Pros

If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

Cons

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
