He knows how to make the good business and how to make there employees happy and feel comfortable. # Good company # Nice working culture # office infrastructure is wonderful # best for freshers to gain knowledge and to know working ambience of MNC's # salary structure is also wonderful # Extra benifit of allowances like b'day , travel,maternity,paternity, life insurance # Cab facility and QRT security vehicle will come to the Highway starting point for every time whenever cabs moves out from campus location to drop there employees at there home as Greater noida is little unsafe area.
Cons
1: As per the security concern , Greater Noida Location is little dangerous to come on odd hours if you are coming by your own vehicle 2: some shift timings are very bad and uncomfortable to work
