      Very fast interview process sometime.

      Cons

      Unprofessional behavior of HR, they will call any time but they will not reply you on call or message if you call them after your interview. Managment is not good.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
