Pros
Very good Organization for Professional growth in all domains and not specific to any Technology wise. But as an Individual and along with Team too. We can achieve good range of expectations from Customer service point of view.
Cons
Every Organization has some Cons. In terms of Hike's which is not promising But IN spite of pointing. It depends on Customer satisfaction and Management.
