Cons
If you are a fresher or new joinee, you will be throne in any technologies without your interest. If your boot camp is in java and there is no java project then you will be throne in other technologies and you will have to learn that technologies if you are not familiar with that for example in legacy technologies like COBOL etc. Most of the time you will be doing nothing but adding months to your experiences. Salary hike is 6% for band B, 8% for band A and 10-11% for band A+. But it is rarely that you would get A+.
