      Coforge is an awesome company to work with, you learn a lot over here. They even have fantastic management which encourages their employees a lot to excel

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
