I have been with the Coforge for most of my career. Have seen the orgn grow from 1000+ employees to almost 12000 today. Very people focused policies and empathetic senior management team. The endeavor of the senior mgmt to groom few selected high performers every year by way of organization wide objectives is highly commendable. Their focus on training has always been a motivation for the team across all roles.
