      1. Good brand name 2. Long term onsite opportunity 3. Stress and pressure depends on project nature. For development project it is worst 4. Some incompetent manager without any degree 5. Good place for female employee

      Cons

      1. PPDP totally depend on manager personal relationship. I worked around 3 years under one of manager and got worst grade. 2. Salary below standard that is why I left it.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
