Cons
- If you want to grow financially every year, this is not the place for you. You will see that growth obviously & only when you get promoted. - If you are great at your skills, this is not the place for you. Go for more challenging places which are meant for you. - Since it is a company with typical service based industry culture, you might see a lot of unwanted process friction at times.
