Pros
Good Work Culture, Comparatively good increment up to level of senior software engineer.
Cons
1. Most of the projects does not match the deadline so that people suffer and used to come office on Saturday also. 2. Indian clients are very bad and no benefits to employees if you go and work for their Indian clients and if you on board for those project there is no other way to get out from that mess and there is only one options left and that is resignation. 3. please do not work for this company for non Delhi-NCR location. i experienced Mumbai and there all the projects are mess and Manager seems helpless. 4. If you spend more than 3 Months in Free pool then very much pressure comes on you to get project and there can be a situation somebody would come and say put on resignation. 5.Comparatively less onsite opportunity.
