Company lost it's value - Employee Relations Coforge Employee Review

No team outing, no annual bash, no diwali gifts. They cut budgets on everything which is for employees. No Skill Development. They donot focus on skill development, neither have resources to do the same. The HR team and the HR Head is good for nothing. They do not take initiative on anything. Appraisals are very bad. You might get good appraisals if you grovel to the managers. Layoffs can be done anytime, anywhere. Even if you are a good performer, do not expect your job to be safe. No job security or career growth in this company. Micro management and worse internal politics at all levels.
