Coffman does a great job at strategically hiring with a strong focus on the the company culture. Great flexibility and understanding. Positive work-life balance.

All jobs have cons, but probably depends on your specific office. Compared to the pros, any cons are a minimal hinderance.

Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

Pros

Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

Cons

Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
