      Pros

      Very professional environment, many exceptional employees. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Better projects at other firms I've worked for. Coffman has a ho-hum, predictable reputation. Not edgy or progressive. Their recruiting campaign says that they "allow employees to grow into their career". Absolute bull. The management has no idea how to even keep an intern productively busy, let alone encourage the growth of an employee.

      Pros

      Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
