The workload is tough to balance in a customer focused environment. So it does get busy. But as you mentioned, use that comp time when you can to get some R&R. I would really like to understand more about "too corporate-ish". We are one of the most decentralized companies we know and we want to keep it that way, but it doesn't mean we couldn't do better to keep Coffman from feeling overly corporate. We have to have unifying processes and even some policies to keep us healthy. The key is to only implement that which is needed an no more.
