      Good array of projects throughout Severn Trent framework.

      Cons

      Growing company with limited procedures in place. This may have changed now as they were putting a lot of work in to their development at the time I left.

      They care about their people Good pay Company car/van Interesting projects Recognition You are not a number to them but a human being

      Cons

      Long hours some times Stressing deadlines but this is standard in construction
