Pros

I am with CoffeeBeans Technologies since 6 months as a UI/UX developer. I am very happy and satisfied with my work. I'll directly list some pros of working here: 1. Flexibility = whenever needed i can work from home 2. Timing = Whatever time suits you best, this company works on target base i.e. its not necessary to work 8 hrs a day if you are completing weekly tasks 3. Chilling = Every alternate weeks we play golf or do pizza parties 4. Work life balance = I am married so i really need some days off or half days, so company understands that and being a startup company i thought there'll be too much load of work but its not like other startups 5. Learning = I am a fresher and in last 6 months i got to learn so much from my boss, she genuinely explained me every bit of code and i acquired expertise in angular Overall I'll recommend CoffeeBeans to other candidates also because you get to learn and get flexible timings

Cons

Only con I feel here is less no. of leaves

Pros

The founder gives immense learning opportunities and cares about the employees. She is very approachable and takes genuine interest in the professional growth of its employees. This is the right time to join the firm if you like the challenge of shaping an early stage ed-tech product. With the right ideas and attitude, you can very quickly have important responsibilities in the company.

Cons

As is the case with early stage firms, the company is still building out its processes. They have a small team and so its not a place for someone who likes to work with big teams (eg - in typical IT firms).
