      Able to offer a good salary

      Cons

      - Just a consultancy and not a product company. - No job security. - Highly unstable. - No projects. - No career opportunities. - Paycuts for 9 months and arrears not given. - No pay hikes or bonus. - if you are not billable, you will be terminated in the name of non performance. - No employee empathy. - They have the worst policies for employees. - HR and Operations, who are supposed to provide help and support to the employees, devise policies like penalise the employees for delaying the timesheets. - Unqualified and unskilled people in leadership due to favouritism. - No long term vision from the leadership. - Fake promises. - HR head is inexperienced, does not know her roles and responsibilities, does not respond to your queries, just delegates work and behaves as if she is the POTUS. - Employees are just money minting machines, they’ll enjoy at the cost of your career. - Join only as a last resort or if you are very sure that you’ll find another job quickly.

      Nothing you can't find one single pros. Don't believe this review, talk to any ex employer on LinkedIn

      Cons

      There are Millions but few that will help It's a scam it's not a company. They have just 1 -2 clients and have literally no project. Last 3 years no appraisals for anyone, they just fire people saying they are not in good shape. Their LinkedIn shows 300+ people, just scroll to couple of pages and you will find all fake profiles they have made, they are hardly having 70 people in the company All ML company, product company all bogus, lie. They hire people with immediate need and fire them once the job is over. The recruiters they lie about the company when they reach out (or they are trained to lie). Do not believe anyone calling from Coffeebeans. There are couple of folks who are just sitting in the company doing nothing since they are closely associated with the top management, pathetic leadership, pathetic HR people.
