Pros
The selection and quality of coffees at CTR is excellent. Many of the staff are personable college students who are underemployed in this part time job and are therefore interesting, intelligent, and fun people.
Cons
The owners are horrendous managers, bordering on abusive. They never praise employees, yell at them for the slightest infraction or detail out of place, and mistrust them. At least this used to promote a high level of quality, but since they've focused on wholesaling many of the employees producing terrible drinks.
