Pros

Exposure to greatest and latest, very nice core values, excellent team. Management door always open and willing to listen. Support from management to develop in your areas of interest. Nice place to develop and learn from senior team members.

Cons

No company is perfect and this is not necessarily a CON as such but being a small company, people need to wear multiple hats and some people don't like that (but some people do)

Pros

Joining Coevolve has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everything you could hope for in a workplace environment: - Autonomy - Fairness - Flexibility - Leadership that is focused on results A company that truly cares for its employees work/life balance and well being. Every member of the business is devoted to the customers and beyond helpful. Whether I message a member of the service team or the CEO asking for assistance I get a reply almost immediately. Should you find yourself going through the interview process with Coevolve. As cliché as it sounds, you'll like question "Is this too good to be true?" like I did - many times. But it wasn't and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made.

Cons

This is a smaller company, global in nature and fully remote - dependent on region. If you are not a self-starter and able to motivate yourself, you may struggle with working here.
