Pros
A lot of learning opportunities for inexperienced people, and fresh graduates, especially University of Wyoming graduates. The management is trying to transform the company into a more modern corporation by adding new types of equipment, facilities and changing the culture. People are mostly friendly and willing to help.
Cons
The upper management is extremely inexperienced (almost nobody has prior experience in pharma!) and learning through trial and error. Promotions are not based on achievements and contributions, instead, they are solely based on personal relationships and connections. The isolated location of the company makes the recruitment of qualified people extremely hard, and the turn over rate is extremely high!
