      Pros

      Most of the people were awesome to work with. The PTO package was great.

      Cons

      Most of the managers at Cody Labs think they are GOD and some use very abusive language towards their employees. Also, some do have their "favorites" and treat them accordingly. Very clickish!

      Very weak EHS department. Inexperienced management team. Wages are not industry competitive.
