Pros
Lots of flexibility to my schedule. Bosses instill trust to do what needs to be done. Plenty of automation opportunities interaction with our customers
Cons
Not a place for people who are not critical thinkers. Lots of open-ended tasks that you need to take lots of ownership of. If you just want to be assigned a task and be done with it in the normal 2 week sprint timeframe, many tickets you receive to work on may not fit in this framework so you need be comfortable with taking small slices off of each task and having long term and short term goals for every problem you come across. But all in all this helps you become a better engineer/developer.
