Management was largely problematic and often assigned people shifts when they were unavailable. Massively overworked, would be scrambling to clean countless tables with no help. Training was very brief and had to learn a lot myself. Felt like you were being watched all the time, management would constantly tell you to look busy so you don't get told off.
