      Pros

      Many of the employees working there were kind and hardworking but lacked consistent training and support by leadership. Happy to see there is a new President of the health center and hope that major changes are brought forth to help the staff.

      Cons

      Staff were woefully underpaid and the way in which annual reviews and salary increases were handled was atrocious.
