Pros
You get ample opportunities to learn new technologies and good guidance through the senior team. Work culture is very easy and friendly like a true startup. On the days when work is there, you may have to work 10 hours - 14hours or 16, but that would be fun too. And the days when you have bandwidth you can easily take leave or be present for a few hours. the best CEO to learn from and very cooperative employees. Overall I would say, if you really enjoy working in a free environment, it's the best place for you.
Cons
One or two senior members will never appreciate your hard work. If you are really unlucky you may get a chance to work with them, but you'll learn your work well too. Nothing noted major as such.
