      Pros

      Worked on cutting-edge tech that kept me on my toes. Team was like a second family. Excellent canteen (I swear I gained 5 kgs)... Regular team-building events. Clean culture like clean code, no office politics anywhere. You get opportunities based on how you perform and data you bring to the table..

      Cons

      Deadlines could get ridiculous sometimes. The office chairs were definitely not ergonomic, but you're free to bring your own chair - kidding!

      Pros

      I really like the env in the office. It is not like my previous company where we were not allowed to speak to people from other team during working hours. Being able to share thoughts with anyone at Coditas during work helps in improving the overall learning and working epxerience

      Cons

      The coffee from the coffee machine is too sweet.
