      Work-life balance for few teams, thats it.

      Cons

      Wrong hiring is never accepted as role execution clarity is completely absent, Lack of visibility is then vouched as a silly factor to cut your job anytime (even within an hour of any normal day).

      Pros

      I really like the env in the office. It is not like my previous company where we were not allowed to speak to people from other team during working hours. Being able to share thoughts with anyone at Coditas during work helps in improving the overall learning and working epxerience

      Cons

      The coffee from the coffee machine is too sweet.
