There is a well-defined and achievable career path, providing clarity for professional growth. Positive work environment and a collaborative team. Opportunities to develop new skills and take on more responsibilities.

      So far so good. I´d love to see the last version when it became a bigger company.

      Diverse projects and clients High Seniority in development areas Great working teams Super good atmosphere and working relationships Great listening and planning from management areas

      Cons

      Sometimes work gets too loaded, but if you embrace the hustle you´ll be good! Some processes regarding design and research might be too dev focused and lack a little of Design Thinking approach. But your opinion will always be listened and taken into account.
