1.) All top management people are in a hurry they just want to get work done whenever they want to 2.) CTO "Abhishek Arora" is a person who does not care about employees and does not even support them, He constantly tries to humiliate others for every single mistake as if it was done intensionally and does not try to understand the situation and keep you in fear because of the power he holds 3.) Managers and team leaders are just puppets and do whatever the CTO says 4.) Due to urgent p0 tasks(All are p0 tasks according to them) the code quality is getting worse and the code is getting complicated and things eventually break on production. 5.) If you ask for time for testing and writing proper code, the Manager will ask you where each minute has gone and put you in fear, and that results in improper estimations because of the fear and judgments you got from your last project and this continues.
