Great place to work - Teaching Faculty Coding Elements Employee Review

I'm currently a teacher at Coding Elements. I find it amazing to work because: 1. Everyone believes in your strength and provide you enough liberty to use your knowledge the way you want. 2. Class sizes are small, if you like to teach it is the best place to work. You can dig deeper into the concepts and quality doubts are uncovered. 3. You can plan the course, timings and structure according to the students and their pace. 4. Since it is relatively new and growing, many challenges come on day to day basis. These are interesting to deal with apart from the course and curriculum. 5. You can present your ideas and they are well listened.

No downsides as of now.

Coding elements is a great Place for new programmers or junior developers looking to enhance their skills. This gives you a wide variety of experiences while really teaching you how to learn and apply a framework. The only catch is you have to want to work. The Coding elements staff is very talented and responsive but they don't have the time or motivation to make you learn. You must be ready to apply yourself to difficult material in a fast-paced environment. If you are then this won't disappoint and you'll come out of it ready to work in one of the fastest growing industries today.

Very difficult and not worth it if you are looking to be spoonfed.
