no communication from management, encouraged to code things in a manner that is against AHIMA and AAPC codes of conduct, no tiered PTO policy so new hires and seasoned coders accrue the same, no cost of living increase as the company says they do not know what that even is or why they should give raises, no chance for advancement, no fair review system for the managers, overall lacking in professionalism and courtesy
