If you are willing to work for 12 to 14 hours a day than come to this company, because most of the developers are forced to have late seatings almost daily.
If you are joining as a intern you will be treated like a 3rd class developer, they will pay you less.
their salary structure is for internees are worst of any company.
No other benefits for experienced developers like health,fuel etc.
The most worse thing i think about codility is one of the boss name as Aamir, who treat their employees like slaves, always do favourtism.
Codility without amir is like a paradise.
