Just the monthly salary — nothing else worth appreciating.
A few colleagues were helpful, but that’s about it.
Cons
I was promised an increment, confirmed by management — but never got it. I waited patiently for 4 months, trusted their words, worked sincerely.
• Instead of honoring the promised raise, they laid me off suddenly — giving me only 3 working days’ notice, even though the official notice period is 90 days.
• When employees resign, the company forces full notice period. But when they want to get rid of you, they throw you out without warning. Double standards at its worst.
• No compensation, no final increment, no proper reason. Just a cheap layoff to save costs.
• I gave my time, effort, and loyalty — and in return, I was treated like I never existed.
• The way I was thrown out was mentally exhausting and emotionally damaging.
• This is not just mismanagement — it’s a betrayal of human trust.
• Such treatment should never happen to anyone — especially those who come from small cities or humble backgrounds and work honestly.
Work culture is not good here.
Company boss behaves like North Korea king Jong, no management here no policy here. No job security.
