New startup which has not yet expanded as it should

On a very genuine note I had a great experience working at this company. This was the first company I worked for and as a fresher I had a smooth experience in adapting to its work culture.The work culture is truly one of the best I've seen—supportive, respectful, and collaborative. People here are genuinely helpful and approachable, no matter the team or seniority level. It honestly felt like being part of a family. One thing I really appreciated was the low-pressure environment. You’re trusted to do your work without micromanagement, which makes a big difference in day-to-day motivation and mental peace. Also, a big plus—salary payments were always on time, without fail. It's a small thing that speaks volumes about how seriously the company takes its responsibilities toward employees. Overall to be very honest, I’m grateful for the time I spent here. It's a place that values people, and it shows in everything they do.
