The founder acts as a bottleneck in the process, stifling innovation and making it difficult to stay motivated or contribute new ideas. Recognition is based on flattery rather than merit, and meaningful contributions are often overlooked unless they come with excessive praise for management. There is no genuine interest in growing the business — yet employees are expected to magically deliver innovation and results without support, resources, or appreciation. The environment feels outdated and demoralizing, with most people staying only for the paycheck, not because they believe in the company or its vision. Working conditions are poor, with inadequate basic facilities like clean drinking water or hygienic restrooms. Leadership prefers to talk rather than take action, and constructive feedback is unwelcome. Avoid this company if you value professional development, healthy work culture, or simply a respectful working environment. You’re better off waiting for a better opportunity than compromising your well-being here.
