Pros

Although changing, the work environment is good. Engineering team is supportive.

Cons

Small office, management issues. Work/Life balance is not respected much.Management keeps changing, and with every change comes a new approach to work and office environment.Personally, the appraisal expectation were never met, be it post probation while on boarding or the yearly appraisals even after never missing any deadlines and working way past office hours. The opportunity to learn new technologies is "apparently" there, but the work load never actually lets you give time (upper management interferes if you give extra hours post office). Since the PM's and HR's keep changing, there is no one you can complain to. (worked with 4 HR's and 3 PM's while working on a single project, within 2 years of time, not sure if it's a norm).

Pros

Co-workers are supportive, but have been fired or have resigned

Cons

There is a severe lack of growth, learning opportunities, and leadership at the management level. The founder acts as a bottleneck in the process, stifling innovation and making it difficult to stay motivated or contribute new ideas. Recognition is based on flattery rather than merit, and meaningful contributions are often overlooked unless they come with excessive praise for management. There is no genuine interest in growing the business — yet employees are expected to magically deliver innovation and results without support, resources, or appreciation. The environment feels outdated and demoralizing, with most people staying only for the paycheck, not because they believe in the company or its vision. Working conditions are poor, with inadequate basic facilities like clean drinking water or hygienic restrooms. Leadership prefers to talk rather than take action, and constructive feedback is unwelcome. Avoid this company if you value professional development, healthy work culture, or simply a respectful working environment. You’re better off waiting for a better opportunity than compromising your well-being here. Leadership is hypocritical — while management works fully remote, they won’t hesitate to fire employees for doing the same, receive no appraisal. Bad priorities of the management.
