      Pros

      - Los desarrolladores que trabajan dentro de la empresa, siempre estan dispuestos a brindarte alguna solucion. - Si tenes un seniority como jr o como trainee es una buena empresa para ganar experiencia y en cuanto puedas irte.

      Cons

      - No dan assets y nunca te lo notifican. Tenes que trabajar si o si con tu computadora o equipo personal que tengas. - Codigo horrible. - Aumentos de sueldos malos. - Pocos beneficios. - Rotacion de proyectos constantes. - Te contratan como Jr. pero a los clientes te venden como Sr. - Dicen que son inclusivos pero son gordofobicos y machistas.

      Hola! Muchas gracias por el feedback. Sinceramente lamento que tu experiencia con nosotros no haya sido buena. Cómo CEO una joven empresa de software con el crecimiento que tiene _coderio te puedo decir que no es un trabajo fácil y estamos identificando los puntos de mejora. Al final lo más importante es tratar de mejorar día a día. Siempre con humildad y honestidad. Sería buenísimo que charlemos ya que no concuerdo con la mayoría de cosas negativas: _coderio da assets El código por lo general es muy bueno Damos 2 aumentos por año Hace más de un año que no contratamos personamos con menos de 2 años de experiencia. Nuestra cultura está lejos de ser racista y discriminadora, si sufriste o escuchaste algo así por favor no dudes en contarme más del tema.       Working at Coderio has been a great experience over the past two years. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to work with large clients and be involved in interesting, technically challenging projects. The environment also encourages professional growth, giving developers the chance to expand their skills and take on new responsibilities as they progress.

      Cons

      Communication between teams could sometimes be improved to make collaboration smoother across projects.

      Pros

      My experience at Coderio was excellent. The company truly values teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning. I always felt supported by my leader and encouraged to share ideas and take on new challenges.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense at times, especially during large-scale projects. But it also comes with the opportunity to learn a lot and be part of exciting initiatives.
