      At Coder Kids I run the show. This provides major flexibility, as well as a ton of opportunity for creative expression, and maximal liberty to develop curriculum that's relevant today. It's a blast to work with so many instructors that are bright, and charismatic.

      Cons

      Small business life can really fluctuate in income with the economy as profitability is concerned.

      Pros

      Very friendly boss, he wants to help you succeed. Multiple training sessions for new hires every semester and tons of material to help you.

      Cons

      Sometimes your partner may not be as passionate for the cause.
