Unfair pay- asked to report to the schools 30 minutes early to set up computers, but get paid for only coming in 10 minutes early. Make sure you check the paystubs! I was missing pay for training and 2 classes throughout my time here. Disorganized- Received calls by angry CEO (Cecilia) about not showing up to shifts for other people and yelling at me for being disorganized, when I was never asked to cover for them. Then they would realize the mistake was on the management side and they had never communicated the shift covers with me. The way they handled this was very unprofessional and disorganized. Sometimes co-teachers would not show up, unannounced. The job is good if you have absolutely nothing else for pocket money. But as soon as you get another opportunity (any other job), leave this place.
