      Good place to learn code

      They faculty tend to give feedback to fellow colleagues which can tend to sound a bit hostile especially bringing their ethnic background and culture into a feedback which isn’t appropriate.

      - There is flexibility to learn and grow - The people you get the opportunity to work with are amazing

      Cons

      - Times have changed, and it doesn’t have the same vibrancy as it used to. Far too many people have left since COVID, with little to no improvement on mitigating this very concerning pattern.
