      A lot of autonomy in how I work. Colleagues are all really passionate about coding and teaching, and are easy and a lot of fun to work with.

      - There is flexibility to learn and grow - The people you get the opportunity to work with are amazing

      Cons

      - Times have changed, and it doesn’t have the same vibrancy as it used to. Far too many people have left since COVID, with little to no improvement on mitigating this very concerning pattern.
