Pros
As a software engineer and frontend developer, I had the opportunity to work on Codemonk's two core tech products: Rhythm and Zelevate. I was blown away by the depth and complexity of the technical problems we were solving on a daily basis. The team around me was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and the pace of work was hyper fast-paced, always pushing us to adopt the latest technologies and stay on the cutting edge. One of my favorite projects was working on the CLI for RhythmUI, where I was able to dive deep into the technology stack and really understand how everything worked together. I also had the chance to work on Zelevate's peer-to-peer live coding platform, which required a deep understanding of WebRTC and socket protocols to debug some crucial problems. Overall, I am incredibly grateful to the management team at Codemonk for providing such a fantastic opportunity to work on these cutting-edge products. Cons
Even though I like the office space, we have faced internet issues couple of times and little noisy. I would like to suggest management to look into this matter. But rest of it is great!
