Pros

As a software engineer and frontend developer, I had the opportunity to work on Codemonk's two core tech products: Rhythm and Zelevate. I was blown away by the depth and complexity of the technical problems we were solving on a daily basis. The team around me was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and the pace of work was hyper fast-paced, always pushing us to adopt the latest technologies and stay on the cutting edge. One of my favorite projects was working on the CLI for RhythmUI, where I was able to dive deep into the technology stack and really understand how everything worked together. I also had the chance to work on Zelevate's peer-to-peer live coding platform, which required a deep understanding of WebRTC and socket protocols to debug some crucial problems. Overall, I am incredibly grateful to the management team at Codemonk for providing such a fantastic opportunity to work on these cutting-edge products. If you are looking for a fast-paced and challenging environment where you can really stretch your technical skills, I highly recommend Codemonk.

Cons

Even though I like the office space, we have faced internet issues couple of times and little noisy. I would like to suggest management to look into this matter. But rest of it is great!

Pros

The culture of learning and innovation is what I liked the best here. We get free access to Udemy and Claude partner courses. It's been a few months since I joined here. The kind of trust and ownership with which I am able to do my work is something that I truly appreciate.

Cons

Nothing for now. Due to the startup nature, A couple of processes need to be streamlined. Once sorted, things would be much better.

Pros

There are no pros. Good learning curve for people with less than 1 year of experience or interns.

Cons

Management is very very poor. No process in the company is sorted out. They lack strategy and roadmap. Company is run like a school project, where everything is done last minute. There is a lot if blame game involved from Management. Toxic work culture. Poor company growth. The only reason for company's business for 7-8 yrs was networking anf flatulence, which they have lost now due to overcommitment and undelivering. No sign of growth was shown in 2 years in terms of better way of handling a company. Management is a disappointment. There are barely any promotions or growth opportunities.
