      Pros

      You get WFA job in Indonesia, with competitive salary for a small sized company. Codemi also has a very good culture in getting feedbacks from employees for both product related or work related matters. Aspirations are well collected here. Nice leaders around you.

      Still a small company compared to other startups, if following the stereotypes.
