Codies is full of truly talented, dedicated and passionate people, an inspiring place to work. Their projects are a labour of love and the quality of the games is second to none.
Cons
Lots of competition for advancement particularly in the lower ranks. If you want the move onto bigger and better things, the opportunities will present themselves but you'll need to be patient and prepared.
