It's a very good place to work, teammates are great and the leadership is very close to everyone

Nothing really sticks out as a disadvantage

This was the best work environment I have ever experienced. I enjoyed collaborating with such smart and kind individuals.

The leadership team are nice people but lack financial acumen of the state of the company and are withholding information within each other. This year they had to cut a lot of people because of their poor financial planning. They kept giving company wide sales updates and to later, all of a sudden in April they lay off around 15-18 people and promised that would be the last lay off until August 2023 where they had secured everyone that remained. Then June came around and another 6 people were lay off as well. I understand these things happen, but a company without a CFO is a big red flag and what is worst, the CEO never showed up for the final standup goodbyes. He missed 4 of them and had NO accountability about it. He didn't even acknowledge the sad goodbye messages from those that were let go. I understand that unforeseen situations happen and uncomfortable decision need to be made, but he needs to be accountable for it and show empathy. The rest of the leadership team have shown empathy and accountability but its not enough if the CEO does not. That is one of the values of the company.
