      You will get to work with many clients on a wide range of projects. The people are also great and there is a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      You will be expected to wear many hats. You will likely have to handle many roles (front end, backend, deployment) even though you may not have a ton of experience in those areas.

      Colleagues are absolutely outstanding and they have the best president and founder.

      Timesheets aren't ideal and I wish we could go travel to different conferences

      * GREAT development team * sales/marketing director was great * flexibility with Covid

      Cons

      * Hostile work environment with DevOps/some leadership * Trouble getting paid on time, bounced paychecks, rarely getting paystubs * Benefits were taken out of check but not applied to account for the benefit * Micromanagement * Railroading certain employees, even in team wide meetings * Involuntarily furloughed for health reasons, then called a leave of absence to the company
