The company has an impressive client base and in spite of its many shortcomings, manages to have a solid reputation in the industry. You'll get to work with some nice and empathetic people. There are very few outright jerks or completely incompetent deadweights.

Unclear and ineffective org structure that changes constantly Incoherent strategy and lack of transparency; important decisions are made in a black box (for example, consultants of every kind come in and out with little explanation) Little to no onboarding or training for new employees Internal operations are a dumpster fire: the file system is atrocious, and there are few standard operating procedures to be found anywhere Services are becoming commodified, so long-term business prospects are grim
